The Loreto street or Intik'ijllu ( from Quechua: Callejón or calle del sol)^[1]u200bis a street located in the Monumental Zone of the city of Cusco, Peru. It is known for the Inca walls that are preserved today.^[2]u200b

The opening date of the street is unknown, but it is known that it existed during the Inca empire as it was the road that divided the Amarucancha, palace of the Inca Huayna Cápac, from the palace of Acllawasi^[3]u200b. The street serves as an example of the way in which Inca urban planning was arranged through large fields limited by stone walls.

The street took the name of Loreto because it borders the chapel of Nuestra Señora de Loreto located next to the Iglesia de la Compañía^[4]u200b.Since 1972 the road is part of the Monumental Zone of Cusco declared a Historical Monument of Peru.^[5]u200b Also, in 1983 as part of the historic center of the city of Cusco, It is part of the central area declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.^[6]u200b and in 2014, as it formed part of the Tawantinsuyo road network, it was once again declared a World Heritage Site.^{< span>[7]}u200b
