Rosquilleta

The rosquilleta (plural, rosquilletes) is an elongated bread, similar to the Italian grissini, typical of the Valencian Country. They are made with flour, oil, water, washing and salt, as well as green beans.

One of their characteristics is that they must be crispy to appreciate their flavor more, so that those made by the ovens are usually baked almost daily; for this reason some manufacturers add a little vinegar to the dough.

There are several varieties, from the classic ones (with aniseed), to the current varieties with seaweed, quinoa, cocoa, etc. Another variety are the ones known as "salads", which are a donut with salt around it.
